
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling requires both people in the relationship to attend therapy. The beauty about this work is that it is multi-layered; we bring not just our current relationship issues to therapy, but also our experience from previous relationships, our experience in childhood and how our caregivers modelled a relationship. Having a third party to facilitate your work as a couple can empower your relationship and increase connection.
